Mears Group plc in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Minor Works Supervisor to oversee day-to-day delivery of repairs and maintenance across occupied homes under a new social housing contract. The role is split between office and site, early stages of contract, with responsibilities for supervising operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe and high-quality completion.

• Experience in a Minor Works Supervisor or similar role within social housing or property maintenance.
• Experience overseeing structural repairs and minor works in occupied properties.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, compliance and safe working practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee minor works to properties requiring structural repairs and associated remedial works.
• Lead and supervise operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Plan daily workloads to maximise productivity and minimise disruption to residents.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate works.
