Job summary

Avove Utilities is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee site operations in Northern Ireland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality. You will manage a competent workforce, including subcontractors, and coordinate health and safety compliance across site activities.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and understanding of NEC contracts, with experience in civils and complex temporary works.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to heavy civils projects with complex temporary works.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery processes and NEC contracts.
• Familiar with construction legislation, HSEQ, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to high standards of quality.
• Maintain records of site resources, materials and plant.
• Coach and lead teams, liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
