Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Reactive Civils Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across the South of England. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate resources and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, delivering reactive works on time.

This hands-on leadership role acts as the link between site operations and management, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills and may involve an out-of-hours standby rota.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projects.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Street Works (Operative or Supervisor).
• Confined Space.
• EUSR Modules 1-5.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

You'll be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the successful delivery of reactive works. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll act as the key link between site operations and management.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Street Works (Operative or Supervisor)
