Job summary

Avove is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead site operations for NI Water’s PC-21 framework. You will direct activities, manage safety, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver work on schedule and within budget.

This role is based in Northern Ireland and requires a full valid driving license. You will work with a team to ensure quality, compliance with NEC contracts, and effective stakeholder engagement with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• HNC or above in an engineering discipline.
• SMSTS or SSSTS or equivalent NVQ.
• CSCS or SHEA certification.
• First Aid trained personnel.
• CDM awareness and safe practices.
• Confined Space (Medium Risk) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain a competent workforce including subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure Health & Safety compliance.
