Job summary

Combined Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor in Northern Ireland to coordinate operations, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and uphold safety standards across contracts. You will ensure compliance with NICEIC and BS 7671, maintain thorough documentation, and support client relationships for successful service delivery.

The role involves liaising with Maintenance Officers, auditing works, and supervising electrical tasks to high standards.

Qualifications

CSR Card and construction experience required.
Valid UK Driver's Licence.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services & Installation or equivalent.
City & Guilds 18th Edition or equivalent.
City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operations, managing direct labour and sub-contractors.
Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained; conduct audits and toolbox talks.
Carry out electrical installation works as directed by M&E Project/Operations Manager.
Ensure NICEIC requirements and BS 7671 compliance; prepare documentation for audits.
Maintain records, certifications and testing results for electrical works.
Liaise with client Maintenance Officers regularly and manage on-site relationships.
On-board and review sub-contractors and supply chain partners.
