Job summary

Avove invites applications for a Site Supervisor based in Northern Ireland. You will direct and organise site activities to ensure that planned work is delivered safely, on time, and to the contract specification.

The role requires coordinating a competent workforce, including subcontractors, and maintaining rigorous HSE standards while working under NEC contracts and company procedures. You will manage site discipline, documentation, and communications with clients and consultants, report

Qualifications

• NEC contracts knowledge and working understanding of programme delivery processes.
• Familiar with HSEQ legislation and construction techniques.
• Experience managing medium to heavy civils projects with complex temporary works.
• Driving licence (full valid) is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered within programme, safely and to high quality.
• Manage competent workforce including subcontractors to complete site activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Record inductions, permits to work, RAMS, and safety briefings.
• Deliver RAMS, Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks, and daily briefs.
• Ensure subcontractor Health & Safety compliance and daily inspections.
