Job summary

Spot. is seeking a Site Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business operating a modern anaerobic digestion facility near Shrewsbury.

You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate feedstock deliveries, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and ensure safety, compliance and housekeeping across the site. This hands-on role requires practical leadership on the shop floor, strong organisational skills and the ability to respond quickly to issues, maintaining audit-ready records and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating operations within waste management or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Confident coordinating deliveries, contractors and day-to-day site activities.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and respond to operational issues.
• Experience maintaining operational records and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Hands-on, practical approach to support operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the facility and coordinate activities to keep the site running smoothly.
• Coordinate feedstock deliveries and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
