Marches Biogas in Ludlow, UK is seeking a Process Engineer (Anaerobic Digestion Projects) to take end-to-end responsibility for design solutions and process improvements, including on-site surveys and DSEAR assessments for AD plants. You will work with customers to define design requirements and deliver robust process and instrument diagrams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with process improvements.
• Understanding of anaerobic digestion and related instrumentation.
• Ability to create Engineering Line Diagrams/Process Instrumentation Diagrams.

Aufgaben

• Design solutions to implement new ideas and support plant upgrades.
• Produce process and instrumentation diagrams reflecting agreed scope.
• Develop process specifications and equipment selection.
• Produce process calculations to confirm parameters and sizing.
• Confirm pipework sizes via head loss calculations for pumps/compressors.
• Contribute to all project phases including business development and client liaison.
• Oversee construction and commissioning of projects.
• Perform site surveys and DSEAR assessments.
