Job summary

Coppull Primary School and Nursery in Coppull, Chorley, is recruiting a Site Supervisor to work 13.5 hours per week from October. The role is part time on a 52‑week contract, with holidays pro rata. Qualifications

We have a passionate and effective staff team who work co-operatively to improve outcomes for our children. The role is a permanent contract, working 13.5 hours per week from October. Weekly working hours are Monday to Friday and 7am to 9.30am. The position is a 52-week contract which includes paid annual holidays to be taken outside of term times. During school holidays there is an increased flexibility in hours and days worked. The position is Grade 4 £25,949 pro rata.

Under the guidance of the Headteacher, the Site Supervisor will contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of caretaking duties to agreed quality standards. This includes responsibility for the security and supervision of the site and related equipment, as well as undertaking cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Working under the direction of the Headteacher and senior leaders, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school by undertaking a range of caretaking, cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The role is hands-on, varied and vital to the life of the school.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.
