Site Supervisor

Location: Primary School, Burnley
Hours: Full-Time over Split Shifts, Monday - Friday (Morning and Afternoon)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and committed Site Supervisor to join our team at a friendly primary school in Burnley. This is a full-time position working split shifts during the school week, providing essential support to ensure our school premises remain safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards across the school site and will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the premises.

Working Hours

This role involves split shifts across Monday to Friday:

  • Morning Shift: 6am - 10am
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 5:30pm

Specific working hours will be discussed at interview.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening and securing the school premises each day.
  • Carrying out routine inspections of the site and buildings.
  • Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring the school grounds are safe, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Monitoring health and safety standards and reporting any concerns.
  • Liaising with contractors and supporting access arrangements.
