Vigilant Security is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor at a prestigious site near Glasgow. You will lead a security-focused team, recruit and empower staff, and deliver exceptional occupier and visitor experiences.
The role requires strong supervisory skills, effective communication, and a commitment to client service. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with 26 days holiday per year.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within one of our prestigious sites in newton Mearns for a dynamic Security Supervisor. You will be self-driven with a proactive mindset to lead a security focused team and deliver a high quality of customer service to both our clients and service users. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of supervisory skills in the security sector, an innate understanding of team leadership and an intuitive approach to delivering an exemplary occupier and visitor experience that exceeds expectations. As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and empowering your team, setting the example as a strong, caring and inspiring supervisor with an ability to champion success and support where necessary. You will be self-motivated, confident in your communications and deal with all levels of stakeholders as second nature, with regular, meaningful interactions with the client.
This opportunity operates on a full-time contract 40 hours per week working 5 out of 7.
