The role requires a valid SIA licence, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required, with a commitment to safeguarding people and property.

• Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team. In this role, you will ensure that all security duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents across assigned sites.

Working Pattern

6 on 3 off

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.

• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
• Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Proven experience in security with a supervisory or leadership background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent report writing skills and computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
