Brett Aggregates, the UK's largest independent supplier of aggregates, seeks a Site Supervisor for its new railhead in Chichester. You will safely load/unload aggregates, manage stock and oversee rail deliveries, ensuring high safety and service standards.
Requirements include health and safety focus, rail and plant operation experience, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, and strong paperwork skills to maintain accurate records.
About The Role
Brett Aggregates are the UK's largest independent supplier of aggregates. As part of our continued growth across the South Coast, we have recently opened a new railhead facility in Chichester. We are now looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the site.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of aggregates using heavy plant equipment, including the discharge of materials from freight trains, management of stockpiles, and loading customer vehicles. You will also oversee rail deliveries, carry out quality checks, complete operational documentation, and support the smooth running of the site to ensure high standards of safety, service and operational performance are maintained at all times.
