Job summary

Brett Group is seeking an Apprentice Office Administrator to assist the management team with a wide range of office and personnel tasks at their Sheerness site. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the management team.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as IT support, facility management, and catering services.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications, company announcements, and newsletters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a professional atmosphere.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Logging and filing of documentation.
  • SHE – Own Responsibility and Care to Colleagues (Slips, Trips, Hazards and Manual Handling)
  • Assisting in preparing and Editing of SHE Documentation for Supervisors

About The Role
