Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Site Security Controller to protect people, facilities and information across New Malden and our UK HQ in Central London. You will lead security policies, controls and accreditation programs, working with Defence stakeholders, facilities and senior leaders to ensure compliance and continuity of mission critical capabilities.

As our Site Security Controller, you will play a pivotal role in protecting Northrop Grumman UK’s people, facilities, information and reputation across our Defence Operating Unit in New Malden and our UK Headquarters in Central London.
Operating at the heart of our security function, you will lead the management and maintenance of security policies, procedures and controls that underpin our accredited government‑sponsored facilities. Working closely with customers, government stakeholders, facilities, compliance teams and senior leaders, you will help ensure our business remains secure, compliant and ready to deliver mission‑critical capabilities.
This is an opportunity to influence security strategy, drive best practice, and act as a trusted security advisor within a highly respected defence organisation. Your work will directly support the growth and success of Northrop Grumman UK while enabling our teams to deliver critical solutions to customers across the defence sector.
