Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead UK Cyber & Intelligence initiatives. You will manage complex, high‑impact technology projects with a focus on governance, delivery discipline and value creation for government‑level clients.
You will oversee cross‑functional teams, apply PRINCE2/Agile/APM/MSP frameworks, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across UK ministries and defence interfaces.

Our teams combine modern software‑engineering practices with deep Defence and national‑security expertise. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex, sensitive and high‑impact technology projects that support customers through ambitious digital transformation. You will join a team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration and innovation — working at scale and pace to make a real‑world difference.
Essential: Proven experience in project or delivery management roles with strong evidence of collaborative working. Experience with UK Government or MOD environments, including PRINCE2, Agile, APM or MSP frameworks. Recent experience delivering IT, software or cyber projects within Government or similar complex organisations. Experience delivering to time, budget and quality within T&M and fixed‑price contracts. Ability to manage competing priorities across specialist teams.
Preferred: Additional certifications or experience in Agile methodologies or scaled delivery environments. If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential and transferable skills just as much as experience.
You must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
