Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile submarine hardware programme within Defence. Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects across full design and development lifecycle.
• Significant experience managing internal and external stakeholders within complex programmes.
• Recognised project management qualification such as APM PPQ or equivalent.
• Experience in Defence, Maritime, Aerospace or closely related regulated industries.
• Strong programme planning, financial management and risk management expertise.
• Technical degree, engineering background or equivalent knowledge and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the successful delivery of complex hardware design and qualification projects against agreed cost, schedule and performance baselines.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects across the full design and development lifecycle.
• Significant experience managing internal and external stakeholders within complex programmes.
• A recognised project management qualification such as APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) or equivalent.
• Experience within Defence, Maritime, Aerospace or closely related highly regulated industries.
• Strong programme planning, financial management and risk management expertise.
• A technical degree, engineering background, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
