Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery of software solutions in a secure, agile environment in Manchester.
You will act as a servant‑leader, coach and facilitator for Agile teams, enabling effective Lean‑Agile practices, planning, and cross‑team collaboration while upholding the highest security standards and UK government clearance requirements.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

Security Clearance Due to the nature of our work, you must be a UK national to be eligible for this role. You must hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
