Lighthouse Multi Academy Trust seeks a proactive Site and Safety Manager for Moorcroft Wood Academy in Bilston. The post supports caretaking, security and building maintenance, with a focus on safe working practices and heating systems operation.

You will coordinate Health & Safety policies, act as Fire Officer, and ensure compliance with legislation. The role is permanent, all year round, Grade 6 SCP 15–23, with a salary of £31,015 to £35,570.

Responsibilities

• Caretaking support: ensure security and upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas; verify heating systems are operational.
• Follow safe working practices and adhere to directions from consultants, contractors and manufacturers.
• Coordinate health and safety policies and act as Health & Safety Officer and Fire Officer.
