Job summary

You will oversee security systems, health and safety compliance, and a rolling programme of maintenance and improvements, coordinating with the Estates Business Partner and Headteacher, and managing contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining safe and compliant school facilities.
• Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV and security controls.
• Ability to plan maintenance and budget using a rolling programme.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and safety of academy contents and users at all times.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations with minimal disruption to learning.
• Assess premises condition and produce rolling maintenance programme.
• Manage external contractors and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead H&S meetings with Estates Business Partner quarterly.
