Victorious Academies Trust is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the maintenance and safety of multiple school sites. You will supervise site staff, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies.

The role is full time, 36 hours per week, based on the Audenshaw area in England. A DBS check and adherence to Keeping Children Safe in Education are required, with start in November 2026 or sooner.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance and safeguarding compliance on school premises.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Supervise site staff including cleaners and security personnel.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and documented.
• Plan development and efficient use of the school site.
