Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting for a Site Administrator / Safety Administrator on a 2-year fixed-term contract, based full time from our Binley office, Coventry. You will support the project office and site safety processes while welcoming visitors and coordinating administrative activities on a major infrastructure scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, office support or coordination roles.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience maintaining records, databases or filing systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety administration processes (desirable).
• Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure environments (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support site inductions, training records and safety administration.
• Maintain SHE records, databases and project documentation.
• Assist with safety reporting, statistics and project dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions and office activities.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors, staff and suppliers.
• Manage office facilities, supplies and welfare arrangements.
• Support wider project team with day-to-day administration.
