Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Site Operative to join our South West Region, based on site in Basingstoke. You will assist trades on-site, help with general labouring, monitor stock levels and maintain cleanliness, welfare facilities, and support the Site Manager to meet exacting standards.

The role requires effective communication, good time management, a proactive approach and willingness to undertake Health & Safety duties, with potential first aid responsibilities and adherence to

Qualifications

Experience as Site Operative on a busy construction site.
Good communication and time management.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Ability to assist trades and monitor stock levels.
Awareness of health, safety and site cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Keep stock levels monitored and report shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, welfare and facilities on site.
Possibility to serve as first aider on site.
Support health and safety measures and secure perimeter.
Attend meetings as required.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Undertake additional tasks as required.
Ensure Covid-19 health and safety compliance.
