Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking a Site Operative in the East Midlands region, based on site at Grantham, Lincolnshire. You will support trades, manage stock levels, and help maintain cleanliness and welfare facilities to the highest standards on site.

Reporting to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, you will assist with health and safety measures, assist with first aid if required, and perform general labour duties with a proactive, team-oriented approach to help deliver quality homes for

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Operative on a busy construction site.
• Good communication and time management.
• Self-motivated with proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on stock levels and inform Site Manager when low.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site, welfare and compound facilities.
• Possible role as first aider on site.
• Support health & safety measures, including pedestrian routes, perimeter fencing and fall protection.
• Attend necessary meetings related to duties.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
