Job summary

Bloor Homes is recruiting a Site Operative for the Midlands region, based on-site at Spondon, DE21. You will assist trades on-site, monitor stock levels, and help maintain cleanliness and welfare facilities to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support health and safety measures, stay self-motivated, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure the project stays on track and quality is maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous role as a Site Operative on a busy construction Site.
• Effective communication skills, and good time management.
• Self-motivated and proactive with an enthusiastic work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on stock levels and alert the Site Manager when low.
• Maintain cleanliness across the site, including welfare and compounds.
• May act as a first aider on site when required.
• Support health and safety measures, e.g. pedestrian routes and fencing.
• Attend meetings as part of your duties.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably required.
