SUEZ Aberdeen is recruiting a site-based role focused on customer service and site operations. You’ll advise members of the public on how to use the site to maximise material recovery, maintain records, and coordinate container exchanges to keep space available for sorting and storage.

• A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent levels of customer service, you will advise and assist members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials they are depositing.
• Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
• Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, ensuring space to segregate and store material correctly.
• Maintaining a tidy site within your areas of responsibility.
• Ensuring SUEZ complies with health, safety and welfare duties for employees and others affected by actions.
• Co-operating with SUEZ and with other employees to comply with site permit, legislation and policies.
• Any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role.
