Job summary

SUEZ in the UK is seeking a proactive site assistant to help customers use the site and maximise recovery of materials. You will maintain records, coordinate container exchanges and keep the site tidy while upholding health, safety and welfare standards.

Joining a small site team, you will need good customer service, a flexible approach to cover holidays and sickness, and a willingness to undertake training such as IOSH health & safety or COTC level 4.

Qualifications

• A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to undertake IOSH health & safety and COTC level 4 training.
• Flexible approach to cover holidays and sickness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for removal of materials.
• Control exchange of containers by booking loads.
• Keep the site tidy within own areas of responsibility.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare compliance.
• Coordinate with team to meet site permit and legislation.
• Carry out other duties within scope as requested.
