Responsibilities

• Stock management and complete documentation in IT or paper systems.
• Carry out additional requirements as needed.

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.Landmarc offers excellent career progression and great benefits, no previous experience needed, just a great can do attitude!

Salary: £26,875.72 +£1,127.50 Variable Days Allowance

Location: Halton Training Camp, Lancaster, LA2 6LW

Contract: Permanent / Full‑time / On-site

Hours:07:00 - 23:59 Monday - Sunday

What You’ll Do

• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenanceStock management tasks
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
