Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Site Operative to join our team at Barry Buddon Training Camp, Carnoustie. You will be responsible for keeping the training estate facilities clean, safe and well maintained, including accommodation blocks and surrounding grounds.

The role offers stable permanent employment, 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday shifts, with pattern details discussed at interview. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the rural location.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
• Ability to work in a diverse multi-tasking team environment

Responsabilités

• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Handover and take back site facilities from facility users
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Carry out multiple daily, weekly and monthly tasks and inspections using an E working tablet
• Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided)
• General building and basic grounds maintenance
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

• Location: Barry Buddon Training Camp, Carnoustie, Angus, DD7 7RY
• Hours:Monday - Sunday, 07:00 - 17:00. Shift patterns to be discussed in interview
