Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor in Willenhall to lead on-site operations across multiple projects. You will mentor teams, manage resources, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.

You will act as the on-site decision-maker, maintaining client relationships, overseeing schedules and budgets, and enforcing health and safety across sites while managing equipment and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory, team leader or operations supervisor roles.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and teams with effective prioritisation.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of site operations across multiple projects.
• Lead site teams, coordinate resources and maintain client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor and support site operatives with training and development.
• Delegate duties based on team strengths and project needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedules and budgets are met.
• Act as primary on-site contact and resolve operational challenges.
• Enforce health and safety policies and conduct safety audits.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement for timely material delivery.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
