Job summary

Get Staffed is seeking a hands-on Team Leader - Construction to manage live site operations across Reading, Southampton, Chichester, Brighton and the South Coast. This area-based role is field-based, travel-heavy and hands-on, with a strong focus on safety and on-time delivery.

You will lead subcontractors and employees, conduct site audits, coordinate unloads of kitchens and appliances, and drive continuous improvement with clear communication.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required
• Full UK driving licence required
• Solid grounding in construction/site working required

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of subcontractors and employees on site in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct construction site audits and vehicle audits
• Prepare in advance for allocated work (site visits, maps, liaison with Site Managers)
• React to and remedy site issues during unloading of kitchens/appliances
• Ensure resources, manage sickness and absence, and track attendance
• Build relationships with Site Managers and provide training records and reports
