RGIT Australia invites applications for an Associate role based in Wellingborough, UK. Full-time permanent position focusing on site leadership, safety and operational delivery.

You will coordinate resources, supervise teams, and maintain client relations to ensure projects meet time and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and holds relevant certifications (ROLO, LISS/PTS, CDM 2015).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence (required).
• Knowledge of site health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site works, resources and logistics.
• Oversee delivery of works to timescales and standards.
• Carry out site visits, inspections and monitoring.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.
• Ensure teams are resourced, competent and briefed.
• Support and develop Site Supervisors and site teams.
• Manage site documentation, reporting and KPIs.
• Liaise with clients and respond to queries and feedback.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Support investigations into accidents and near misses.
• Ensure work aligns with procedures and legislation.
