Job summary

Geis Group is expanding with a new site in Greater London. The role involves taking ownership of daily operations, coordinating staffing, and ensuring legal HR, health & safety, and environmental compliance across activities.

You will work with internal teams and external specialists to meet standards, drive performance, and develop the site from day one within a family-owned international logistics group. The position offers growth and dedicated onboarding.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in an operational, commercial or site-based role.
Excellent English language skills; German is a plus for collaboration.
Good knowledge of UK HR, health & safety and environmental compliance requirements.
Structured, solution-oriented work approach with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate staffing for the new London site.
Ensure compliance with HR, safety and environmental regulations across operations.
Monitor income, expenditure and accounts; support monthly closings and financial governance.
Prepare meaningful reports and KPIs to guide decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to meet standards.
