Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for one of our UK sites. You will lead a team of Area Managers, driving safety, quality and productivity while creating the operational plan to meet targets.

You will work with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, analyse performance and risk, and design site-wide initiatives. Mentoring and coaching your teams will be a daily focus, supporting day-to-day and long-term improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups (HR, Finance, Safety, Security, etc).
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and upper intermediate proficiency in the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Drive operational excellence to improve site safety, quality and productivity.
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security to support operations.
• Design and deliver initiatives across sites to enhance performance.
