Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager (Manager III, Operations P03091) for AMZL-Delivery Station in the UK. You will lead shifts, manage Area Managers, and partner with HR, Finance, and Safety to push for excellence in safety, quality and productivity.

You will analyse performance metrics, develop operational plans, and mentor teams to meet targets. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to take direction in English.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers and shift teams.
• Lead operational teams on a shift and drive site performance improvements.
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, Security and other support functions.
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve site-level performance.
