Job summary

Barratt Developments is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site teams across our developments in the UK. You will report to the Site Manager and help manage programme, quality and cost targets while coordinating trades and materials to keep builds on track.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, ensure customer service standards, and work closely with Sales and Build teams to maintain momentum and site discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering within established build programs and targets.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of CIB and/or qualified in Construction Management or time‑served trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and support on-site resourcing.
• Ensure the on-site team has clear guidelines, training and workload planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
