Orton Wistow Primary School is seeking a Site Officer to safeguard and maintain the school premises, furniture, fittings and equipment. The role is 25 hours per week, year-round, Monday to Friday with shifts 6am-11am or 1pm-6pm, and you would be a key-holder outside hours.
You will work under the Estates Area Manager, coordinate with contractors, monitor health and safety, and help keep the learning environment secure and well maintained across the Trust's sites when required.

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individual? If so, we have a great opportunity for a Site Officer to join a supportive, friendly team at Orton Wistow Primary School.
You would ensure the security and care of the school buildings, furniture, fittings, and equipment. Alongside, maintaining a safe physical environment with particular emphasis on the day-to-day management of the site as well as being a key-holder out of hours. You would be based at Orton Wistow Primary School but would be willing to work across other local sites in the Trust, if the need arises, to support colleagues.
This is a hands‑on role; a trade skill and knowledge of general cleaning, and maintenance operations and Health & Safety would be an advantage. You will be responsible to the Estates Area Manager.
