Orton Wistow Primary School within Meridian Trust seeks a proactive Site Officer to maintain a safe, clean, and secure learning environment. You will act as a key-holder out of hours and support colleagues across local sites as needed.
You will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate contractors, handle helpdesk requests, and uphold safety standards while using the BMS and iAMCompliant tools to keep facilities running smoothly.
Are you an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individual? If so, we have a great opportunity for a Site Officer to join a supportive, friendly team at Orton Wistow Primary School. You would ensure the security and care of the school buildings, furniture, fittings, and equipment. Alongside, maintaining a safe physical environment with particular emphasis on the day-to-day management of the site as well as being a key-holder out of hours. You would be based at Orton Wistow Primary School but would be willing to work across other local sites in the Trust, if the need arises, to support colleagues. This is a hands-on role; a trade skill and knowledge of general cleaning, and maintenance operations and Health & Safety would be an advantage. You will be responsible to the Estates Area Manager.
