Job summary

Radius is recruiting a Site Network Lead to coordinate onboarding of service stations and oversee day-to-day network operations across UK Fuels and DCI networks. The role requires meticulous data management, strong Excel skills, and effective stakeholder engagement with site owners and senior partners.

You will drive process improvements, manage agreements, and support cost controls while ensuring timely responses to queries and updates across networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new site partners.
• Prepare, distribute, and store agreements using platforms such as ESign and Summize.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of site data across systems and spreadsheets.
• Manage and maintain the site network costs via Site Cost Matrix extracting vital commercial content for accurate billing.
• Identify recurring acceptance, billing, or communication issues and implement preventative actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance site operations and the overall customer experience.
• Serve as a central point of contact for UK and ROI teams to support timely resolution of site-related queries.
• Operate and manage the site development ticketing system and shared inbox for internal and external enquiries.
• Liaise with network partners and operators to resolve issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Support the coordination and procurement of signage requirements while monitoring company expenditure.
• Manage the creation and distribution of network updates and alerts using the Force24 system.
