Job summary

Radius is seeking a Site Network Lead in the UK to coordinate onboarding of service stations across the UK Fuels and DCI networks and manage daily operational activities.

You will work with site owners and partners, drive network expansion, assist with rate negotiations, and support contractual agreements while ensuring accurate data across systems. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Clear communication with site partners and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding process for new site partners.
• Prepare, distribute and store agreements using ESign and Summize.
• Ensure accuracy of site data across systems and spreadsheets.
• Manage site network costs via Site Cost Matrix for accurate billing.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventative actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance site operations and customer experience.
• Serve as central contact for UK and ROI teams to resolve queries.
• Operate and manage the site development ticketing system and shared inbox.
• Liaise with network partners to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Support signage procurement and monitor expenditure.
• Manage creation and distribution of network updates using Force24.
