Job summary

Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced M&E site manager to lead installation activities across water frameworks in the South West. You will ensure compliance with health and safety rules, industry standards, and the project quality plan while steering a team of electricians, improvers and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing M&E sites.
• Experience in a civil / utilities environment.
• Gold Card CSCS
• SMSTS
• Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
• Black Card CSCS
• Water industry experience
• EUSR
• IPAF, PASMA, confined space

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards and industry regulations.
• Ensure H&S legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams.
• Ensure items are installed to the highest standards, per the project quality plan and ITPs.
• Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
• Coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
• Promote and demonstrate Bridges’ values with peers, staff, customers and clients.
• Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst peers.
• Act professionally and be an ambassador for Bridges.
