Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Site Manager for the Anglian Water IOSteam role based in Norwich. The position involves delivering safe, efficient site work across projects, taking ownership of operations and leading teams to meet safety, quality, time and cost targets.

You will work within the IOS team, delivering water and water recycling projects. Responsibilities include leading safety performance, managing on-site health and safety, coordinating labour and supply chain activities, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in water, civils, or construction sectors.
• Strong safety culture and CDM regulation knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ performance across projects and maintain safety documentation.
• Manage on-site Health & Safety matters, inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and support site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
• Coordinate direct labour and supply chain activities with the Resource Manager.
• Ensure delivery within tender allowances and programmes, including procurement of plant and subcontractors.
