Job summary

Kier Group's IOS team in Norwich is seeking a Site Manager to oversee water and water recycling projects. You will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost targets are met and delivered with our delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, civils or construction projects.
• Sound commercial and contractual awareness.
• Must pass confined spaces medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ performance across projects and maintain safety documentation.
• Manage health and safety on site, inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and support site-based teams.
• Coordinate direct labour and supply chain activities with the Resource Manager.
• Ensure delivery within tender allowances and programmes, including procurement of plant and subcontractors.
