Job summary

Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering works on water infrastructure schemes in Norfolk. Start date is ASAP, with responsibilities including coordinating site activities, subcontractors and ensuring works meet programme and quality standards.

The role requires a proven civil engineering site management background, CSCS Gold Card and SMSTS credentials, and a strong commitment to health, safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
• Water infrastructure experience preferred
• CSCS Gold Card - essential
• SMSTS - essential
• First Aid - preferred
• Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
• Good communication and site management skills

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the wider project team
• Managing site documentation and records
• Supporting the successful delivery of water infrastructure schemes
