Kier Group's IOS team in Norwich is seeking a Site Manager to oversee water and water recycling projects. You will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost targets are met and delivered with our delivery teams.
This role requires experience in water, civils, or construction, sound commercial and contractual awareness, and the ability to pass the confined spaces medical assessment. We welcome transferable skills and encourage applications from capable candidates.

Hours: 45 hours per week

As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in the safe and efficient delivery of site work across our projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of site operations, working collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure excellent standards in safety, quality, time, and cost management. You'll be at the heart of our operations, leading by example and supporting teams to achieve outstanding results.
