Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Site Manager (Social Housing) for a project in Walsall. The role reports to a Contracts Manager and covers works from solar panels to re-roofing, with close coordination with tenants and the site team.

Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4:30pm on Friday. A competitive salary (£42,000–£45,000) includes a £4,500 car allowance, 32 days leave and enhanced pension, plus a laptop and phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on similar schemes.
• Full UK driving license.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a social housing site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Oversee works including solar panels, wall insulation, windows, doors and re-roofing.
• Coordinate with tenant liaison officer, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and site team.
