Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent roofing contract in the Midlands region, covering Wolverhampton to Northampton. You will report to the Contracts Manager and oversee roofing works, subcontractor coordination, and scaffolding on occupied properties.

Experience with social housing contracts is preferred. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required, and you should be fully computer literate to manage schedules and reporting.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience on occupied social housing contracts is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage roofing projects and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roofing contract including pitched, tiled and flat roofing.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site and liaise with the TLO to schedule works.
• Oversee scaffolding on occupied properties and ensure health and safety compliance.

Job description

Midlands based contractor that specialise within the social housing sector are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a re roofing contract with one of their key housing association clients. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing a roofing contract including pitched, tiled and flat, other aspects with the contract will also involve external scaffolding to the occupied properties. As well as the daily management and coordination of subcontractors you will also be responsible for liaison with the TLO in order to schedule programme of works taking place on properties, as this is with one specific housing association you must be prepared to work the greater Midlands region which covers across from Wolverhampton to Northampton. Salary will be upto 45k+van, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone, you also must be fully computer literate and hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates
Due to the nature of works experience working on occupied social housing contracts would be a distinct advantage
