Velocity Recruitment Ltd is assisting in appointing a Site Manager for a social housing refurbishment project in East London. You will oversee an occupied site under a L&Q framework, coordinating window replacements and roofing works while keeping disruption to residents to a minimum.

We're seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record in occupied refurbishments, strong subcontractor and programme management skills, and excellent communication with residents and stakeholders.

The Project

You'll be managing an occupied social housing scheme on the L&Q framework, delivering:
