Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a planned refurbishment scheme in Blackpool, delivering kitchens and bathrooms in tenanted properties.

You will oversee the smooth running of the site, ensuring the programme is completed on time and within budget, maintain health and safety standards, monitor quality, liaise with the client and residents, and assist with materials ordering.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets.
• Proven track record of delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
• Stable and progressive career history on CV.

Responsibilities

• The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Liaising with residents and ensuring they are kept updated with the construction process

The company specialise in Social Housing refurbishments across Greater Manchester, working within tenanted properties with the aim to improve the condition of homes across the region. The company work across internal refurbishments, external refurbishments, fire safety upgrades and energy efficiency upgrades.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer (this is a dual role) to join their team.

This is working on a planned refurbishment scheme in Blackpool (kitchens and bathrooms)

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.

Experience needed:

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £36k (depending on experience) plus 4k car allowance and other benefits.
