Mid Shift Site Manager - Retail Refresh Project

12pm-12am, Sunday to Thursday

We’re looking for a tough, delivery-driven Site Manager to take control of a live retail refresh project running through the day-to-night transition. This is a high-pressure environment, and we need someone who thrives on pushing the pace, managing trades with authority, and holding the line when the client pushes back.

This is not a role for a passenger. You’ll need to be sharp, assertive, and able to run the site like clockwork while balancing programme demands with real-time issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven retail refresh/fit-out experience in live environments
• Excellent trade coordination and programme control
• Confident communicator - able to push back when needed
• SMSTS & First Aid - mandatory
• Black CSCS card or NVQ6 - highly desirable
• Unshakable under pressure and solution-focused

• Handle a demanding client with professionalism and firmness
